I have been with Tayforth Properties since Jill bought the company in 2011. As a landlord of a flat, I can only sing their praises.
Friendly, personal, professional and quick to communicate when any issues arise.
Repair work has always been discussed clearly and carried out promptly and efficiently and I have always felt reassured by their adherence to safety checks and any new legislation.
My current tenant has remained in my property for several years and I attribute this in large part to the dedication and service they give to both the tenant and myself.

I was contacted by Tayforth after struggling to let my flat in Dundee on my own via Gumtree. They managed to find me a tenant within a fortnight and even offered me the first 2 months management free! Really happy with the service so far. Great friendly staff who are always happy to see you when you pop into their office. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I couldn’t recommend Tayforth Properties more if I tried. After using many letting agents in Dundee and trusting them with our properties and tenants but just not getting a great service we decided to move over to Tayforth 2 years ago and have not looked back since.
Communication has always been fantastic – we know what is going on with our properties but are not hassled with the small detail. We have also had great feedback from our tenants about dealing with Tayforth. Voids are never an issue for us as whenever we do have a tenant move out, we always have a fast turnaround and someone new move in quickly. A very easy, pleasant company to deal with who have the customers best interests at heart.
I would recommend all landlords look to Tayforth Properties to manage their portfolio.
