Making a complaint

Tayforth Properties is registered with Letting Agent Scotland and our number is: LARN1903052. We aim to provide the highest standards of service to all our customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded we have the following complaints procedure in place for lettings.

The aim of this process is to resolve all customer issues or concerns as quickly as possible. In the majority of cases we hope that any issues can be resolved quickly and amicably to customers’ satisfaction at Director level.

Stage One – Partner and Director, Vici Ramsay

Complaints should, in the first instance, be directed to the Director Vici Ramsay. Vici will endeavour to liaise with you quickly and resolve your complaint immediately, no later than five working days from first notification. Stage Two – Senior Partner and Director, Jill Edwards

Should Vici Ramsay not be able to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can refer the matter to Jill Edwards who is the senior Partner and Director. Jill can be contacted at jill@tayforth-properties.co.uk or 07855251237 you can also write to her as per the address above.

Stage Three –  First Tier Tribunal Scotland.

If you feel your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction then you can contact the First Tier Tribunal.  The website address is https://www.housingandpropertychamber.scot/
